          เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันที่มีผู้คนจำนวนมากหันมาซื้อและขายของออนไลน์เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ลาซาด้ายึดมั่นในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดส่งสินค้า และคำนึงถึงประโยชน์สูงสุดของร้านค้าและลูกค้าเป็นหลัก ทางลาซาด้าจึงมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริษัทขนส่งของท่านจาก Kerry เป็น Flash Express
        การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริษัทขนส่งครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์สำคัญเพื่อช่วยร้านค้าลดภาระค่าขนส่ง
ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันและกระตุ้นยอดขาย นอกจากนี้ ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของเราในการพัฒนาบริการเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของค่าขนส่งใหม่ได้ ตามตารางด้านล่างนี้ 

        การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริษัทขนส่งจะมีผลสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่อยู่ในสถานะ ‘พร้อมที่จะจัดส่ง’ ตั้งแต่เวลา 00.01
น. วันที่ 29 เมษายน 2563 เป็นต้นไป ในขณะที่อัตราค่าขนส่งใหม่จะมีผลสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่เกิดขึ้น ตั้งแต่เวลา 00.01 น

        เพื่อให้การเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเป็นไปอย่างมีประสทธิภาพ ทางลาซาด้าจะระบุผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง Flash Express ให้แก่ร้านค้า มีผลถึงวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2563

          Due to the rapid increase in numbers of sellers and orders via our online channel, Lazada Thailand seeks to retain the quality of our delivery process as well as maintain the highest benefits of our sellers and customers, as such your logistics service provider will be switched from Kerry to Flash Express.
The switch is aimed to decrease shipping fee for sellers for better conversion and boost sales, as well as echo Lazada platform mission. You can check our new shipping fee for the new logistics provider as listed below.

          The change of logistics service provider will be effective for orders that are in “Ready to Ship’ status after 00.01 hrs. on April 29th, 2020 while the new rate card will be applicable to orders created after 00.01 hrs. on April 29th, 2020.           To ensure a seamless transition, your logistics provider will default to Flash Express until May 31st, 2020.
