หากร้านค้าได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์โควิท ซึ่งมีผลให้ร้านค้าไม่สามารถจัดการคำสั่งซื้อเพื่อนำส่งให้กับขนส่งได้ ลาซาด้ามีข้อแนะนำเบื้องต้นให้ร้านค้าดังต่อไปนี้
ติดต่อ PSC เพื่อขอขยายเวลาการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ เพื่อให้ร้านค้ากลับมาเตรียมสินค้าได้เมื่อร้านค้าพร้อม ทั้งนี้คำสั่งซื้อจะยกเลิกอัตโนมัติหากไม่นำส่งให้กับขนส่งในเวลา 4 วันทำการ ไม่รวม เสาร์และอาทิตย์ ส่วนระยะเวลาการคำนวณ การจัดส่งตรงเวลา จะไม่เปลี่ยนไปจากเดิม
หากร้านค้ามีความประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนที่อยู่เพื่อรับสินค้า ร้านค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนได้ใน Seller Center -> บัญชีของฉัน -> ข้อมูลส่วนตัว -> ที่อยู่คลังสินค้า
แนะนำให้เปิดใช้งาน โหมดวันหยุด โดยร้านค้าสามารถเปิดใช้งานที่ Seller Center -> บัญชีของฉัน -> ข้อมูลส่วนตัว -> โหมดวันหยุด

For seller that have effect from Covid situation, If seller cannot manage order for hand over, Lazada advise quick actions as following
Contact PSC for request breach cancellation extension. Order will cancel if not handover to Logistic within 4 days exclude weekend. Ship on time still calculate the same.
If seller willing to change pick up address, please update through Seller Center -> My Account -> Profile -> Warehouse address
Recommend to enable Holiday mode by Seller Center -> My Account -> Profile -> Holiday mode
