ลาซาด้าขอแจ้งให้ผู้ขายตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า สินค้าทุกประเภทเกี่ยวกับแบตเตอรี่สำรองไฟฟ้าสำหรับการใช้งานแบพกพา (Powerbank) หม้อทอดไฟฟ้า (Airfryer) รางปลั๊กไฟพ่วง (Power Plug Extension) หรือสินค้าที่คล้ายกัน ที่นำมาแสดงขายบนลาซาด้าแพลตฟอร์มนั้น ต้องผ่านมาตรฐานบังคับ มอก.และมีใบอนุญาตจากสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.)
ผู้ขายทุกท่านจะต้องแสดงหมายเลขมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) ที่ปรากฏอยู่บนสินค้าจริง โดยอัพโหลดรูปลงไปในส่วนของภาพถ่ายสินค้า ลาซาด้าขอความร่วมมือให้ผู้ขายทุกท่านแก้ไขรายละเอียดสินค้าให้เสร็จสิ้นโดยทันที หากไม่มีการแก้ไข ลาซาด้าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปิดการใช้งานสินค้าของท่าน ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดในสัญญามาร์เก็ตเพลสระหว่างผู้ขายและลาซาด้า
ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความมั่นใจกับผู้บริโภคและเป็นไปตามการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ลาซาด้าขอแนะนำให้ผู้ขายติดต่อแบรนด์หรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าของท่านเพื่อสอบถามรายละเอียดการรับรองมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมและแก้ไขให้ถูกต้องต่อไป

หมายเหตุ
ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดในสัญญามาร์เก็ตเพลสระหว่างผู้ขายและลาซาด้า ผู้ขายตองตามกมายและข้อบังคับอย่างเคร่งครัด หากลาซาด้าพบว่าผู้ขายรายใดละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับใดๆ ลาซาด้าจะทำการปิดการแสดงสินค้า หรือปรับคะแนนข้อกำหนดนโยบายผู้ขาย หรือปิดร้านค้าของท่านหากมีเหตุให้เชื่อได้ว่าลาซาด้าอาจได้รับความเสียหายจากการละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นของผู้ขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ขายทราบล่วงหน้า ลาซาด้าสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าปรับที่ได้จ่ายให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐจากผู้ขายที่ได้ลงสินค้าอันเป็นการละเมิดต่อประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับตามกฎหมายใดๆ

Lazada would like to remind you to check and ensure that all products related to portable power bank, Airfryer, Power Plug Extension, and/or similar devices listed on Lazada have already been certified by with the mandatory TIS certification by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI).
Sellers must upload actual image of the TIS license on product package as one of the product main images. Lazada would like to ask for sellers’ cooperation to edit their products content immediately or we reserve the right to offline your products in accordance with the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and sellers.
To ensure consumer’s confidence and to comply with the applicable laws, we suggest sellers to contact the brand or supplier to inquire about TIS license information and obtain them to sell on Lazada.

Remark
Under the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and sellers, sellers are required to strictly comply with local laws and regulations. If Lazada finds that any sellers violate the above announcement or other related regulations, Lazada will delete/deactivate products posted or issue Non-Compliance Points or close your shop if there is any reasonable cause to believe that Lazada may be damaged by your violation of the above announcement without prior notice. Lazada reserves the right to recharge to regulatory fine from the payment owed to the respective sellers whose PDPs are in a violation of above announcement or any regulations.
