ลาซาด้าขอแจ้งให้ผู้ขายตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า สินค้าเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ประเภท แบตเตอรี่สำรองแบบพกพา (พาวเวอร์แบงค์) ปลั๊กไฟพ่วง หม้อทอดไฟฟ้า กระทะไฟฟ้า เตาอบ ทีวี พัดลม หรือสินค้าที่คล้ายกัน ที่นำมาแสดงขายบนลาซาด้าแพลตฟอร์มนั้นจะต้องผ่านและได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมบังคับ(มอก.)แล้วเท่านั้น โดยขอแจ้งให้ผู้ขายปฏิบัติตาม ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการลงขายสินค้าเกี่ยวกับเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ดังนี้
1. ผู้ขายทุกท่านจะต้องแสดงหมายเลขมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) ที่ปรากฏอยู่บนสินค้าจริง โดยการกรอกข้อมูลเลขมอก. ลงในช่องข้อมูลจำเพาะในส่วน ‘เลขผลิตภัณฑ์ มอก.’ ในขั้นตอนการสร้างสินค้าตามตัวอย่างดังรูป
2. ลาซาด้าขอความร่วมมือให้ผู้ขายทุกท่านแก้ไขรายละเอียดสินค้าให้เสร็จสิ้นโดยเร็วที่สุด หากไม่มีการแก้ไข ลาซาด้าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปิดการใช้งานสินค้าของท่าน ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดในสัญญามาร์เก็ตเพลสระหว่างผู้ขายและลาซาด้า
ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความมั่นใจกับผู้บริโภคและเป็นไปตามการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ลาซาด้าขอแนะนำให้ผู้ขายติดต่อแบรนด์หรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าองท่านเพื่อมรละเอียดารรับรองมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมสำหรับสินค้าข้างต้นและสินค้าประเภทเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าอื่นๆและแก้ไขให้ถูกต้องรายละเอียดจัดแสดงสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง

หมายเหตุ :
ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดในสัญญามาร์เก็ตเพลสระหว่างผู้ขายและลาซาด้า ผู้ขายจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายและข้อบังคับอย่างเคร่งครัด หากลาซาด้าพบว่าผู้ขายรายใดละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับใดๆ ลาซาด้าจะทำการปิดการแสดงสินค้า หรือปรับคะแนนข้อกำหนดนโยบายผู้ขาย หรือปิดร้านค้าของท่านหากมีเหตุให้เชื่อได้ว่าลาซาด้าอาจได้รับความเสียหายจากการละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นของผู้ขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ขายทราบล่วงหน้า ลาซาด้าสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าปรับที่ได้จ่ายให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐจากผู้ขายที่ได้ลงสินค้าอันเป็นการละเมิดต่อประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับตามกฎหมายใดๆ
Lazada would like to remind you to check and ensure that all products related to Electrical Appliances especially Power Bank, Power Surge Protection/Extension, Airfryer, Electric Pots and Pans, Oven, Tv, and Fan and similar devices listed on Lazada have already been certified with the mandatory “TIS license” certification by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI). Lazada would like to encourage you to comply with the Guideline on how to list Electrical Appliances products on Lazada Platform as follows:
Sellers must input the TIS number of the TIS license in ‘Product license TIS’ attribute under Specification section when listing the products as follows:
2. Lazada would like to ask for sellers’ cooperation to add product license information as soon as possible or we reserve the right to offline your products in accordance with the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and sellers.
To ensure consumer’s confidence and to comply with the applicable laws, we suggest sellers to contact the brand or supplier to inquire about TIS license information for the mentioned products as well as other electrical appliances and obtain them to sell on Lazada.

Remark :
Under the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and sellers, sellers are required to strictly comply with local laws and regulations. If Lazada finds that any sellers violate the above announcement or other related regulations, Lazada will delete/deactivate products posted or issue Non-Compliance Points or close your shop if there is any reasonable cause to believe that Lazada may be damaged by your violation of the above announcement without prior notice. Lazada reserves the right to recharge to regulatory fine from the payment owed to the respective sellers whose PDPs are in a violation of above announcement or any regulations.
