ลาซาด้าขอแจ้งให้ผู้ขายทราบว่าสินค้าประเภทยาฟ้าทะลายโจรนั้นจะต้องไม่จำหน่ายเกินราคาที่กำหนดโดยกรมการค้าภายใน, กระทรวงพาณิชย์ นอกจากนั้นลาซาด้ากำหนดให้ผู้ขายจะต้องทำการแสดงข้อมูลประกอบสินค้าที่กระชับและถูกต้อง โดยเฉพาะการแสดงข้อมูลด้านปริมาณ น้ำหนักสินค้า ข้อมูลการใช้งาน และวันหมดอายุ เพื่อช่วยในการประกอบความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนแก่ผู้บริโภค การแสดงราคาจำหน่ายเกินราคาที่กำหนด การแสดงข้อมูลสินค้าที่ผิดหรือสร้างความเข้าใจผิดแก่ผู้บริโภคนั้นขัดต่อกฎหมายและนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม

โปรดทราบว่าลาซาด้ามีมาตรการดำเนินการต่อการละเมิดในด้านนี้อย่างจริงจัง ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของผู้ขายโครงการมาร์เก็ตเพลสที่มีระหว่างลาซาด้าและผู้ขาย ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายและนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มอย่างจริงจัง
ในกรณีตรวจพบการละเมิดคำประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อกำหดนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลาซาด้าจะดำเนินการบังคับใช้นโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มตามความรุนแรงของการละเมิดซึ่งเรียงตั้งแต่การนำสินค้าลง การปรับคะแนนนโยบายผู้ขาย จนถึงการยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ขาย รวมถึงการรับผิดชอบตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ขาย นอกจากนั้นลาซาด้าอาจทำการเดบิตหรือระงับการชำระเงินของผู้ขายหากมีเหตุอันเชื่อได้ว่าการกระทำของผู้ขายนั้นสร้างความเสียหาย หรือผลกระทบในแง่ต่อแพลตฟอร์มจากการกระทำของผู้ขายอันเนื่อางต้นดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเตือนล่วงหน้า

Lazada would like to inform you that the selling price of Fah Talai Jone medicine product must not be selling at the price higher than the price determined by Department of Internal Trade (DIT), Ministry of Commerce.
Moreover, Lazada requires the listing of product information to be precise and correct to the product information especially, Product quantity, Product weight, Product usage information, and Expiry date to support customer perception towards the product. Listing of product overpriced or displaying of product information that incorrect or mislead customer understanding is against the laws and platform policy.

Please be informed that Lazada take this as serious issue. Under the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and Seller, Seller is required to comply with the local laws and comply with the platform policies.
If Lazada finds that any seller violates the above announcement or other related regulations, Lazada will enforce of platform policies ranging from Product deactivation, Non-compliance point, to Account deactivation based on infringement severity. Together with legal action based on the respective infringement.
Moreover, Lazada may debit or suspend payment from you seller account if there is any reasonable cause to believe that Lazada may be damaged/ adversely affected by your infringement of the above announcement immediately without prior notice.
