ลาซาด้าขอแจ้งให้ผู้ขายตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าบางประเภทที่ท่านขายบนลาซาด้านั้นจะต้องผ่านมาตรฐานบังคับ มอก. และมีใบอนุญาตจากสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดนี้มีสินค้าเข้าข่ายมาตราฐานบังคับอยู่ 121 ประเภท ยกตัวอย่างเช่น เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า อาทิเช่น ปลั๊กไฟพ่วง กระทะไฟฟ้า แบตเตอรี่สำรองแบบพกพา ของเล่นเด็ก หมวกกันน๊อค เป็นต้น ซึ่งผู้ขายสามารถศึกษาระเบียบและรายการสินค้าได้จากข้อมูลในเว็บไซต์ของสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมได้ตามลิงค์ด้านล่างนี้
อนึ่งผู้ขายทุกท่านจะต้องแสดงหมายเลขมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) ที่ปรากฏอยู่บนสินค้าจริง โดยอัพโหลดรูปภาพสัญลักษณ์ มอก. ลงไปในส่วนของภาพถ่ายสินค้า

ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความมั่นใจกับผู้บริโภคและเป็นไปตามการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ลาซาด้าขอแนะนำให้ผู้ขายติดต่อแบรนด์หรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าของานเพื่อรยละเอียดการรับรองมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมและแก้ไขให้ถูกต้องต่อไป

หมายเหตุ :
ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดในสัญญามาร์เก็ตเพลสระหว่างผู้ขายและลาซาด้า ผู้ขายจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายและข้อบังคับอย่างเคร่งครัด หากลาซาด้าพบว่าผู้ขายรายใดละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับใดๆ ลาซาด้าจะทำการปิดการแสดงสินค้า หรือปรับคะแนนข้อกำหนดนโยบายผู้ขาย หรือปิดร้านค้าของท่านหากมีเหตุให้เชื่อได้ว่าลาซาด้าอาจได้รับความเสียหายจากการละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นของผู้ขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ขายทราบล่วงหน้า ลาซาด้าสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าปรับที่ได้จ่ายให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐจากผู้ขายที่ได้ลงสินค้าอันเป็นการละเมิดต่อประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับตามกฎหมายใดๆ
Lazada would like to remind you to check and ensure that some of the products you listing are in compliance with the mandatory Thai Industrial Standard (TIS) regulation under the Thai Industrial Standard Institute (TISI). Under this regulation, there are 121 product types that need to be certified by TISI. These products include, but not limited to, electrical and home appliances, power extension plug, electric pots and pan, powerbank, children’s toys, and helmet. With this regulation, sellers must upload actual image of the TIS license on product package as one of the product main images.
Example :
To ensure consumer’s confidence and to comply with the applicable laws, we suggest sellers to contact the brand or supplier to inquire about TIS license information and obtain them to sell on Lazada.

Remark :
Under the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and sellers, sellers are required to strictly comply with local laws and regulations. If Lazada finds that any sellers violate the above announcement or other related regulations, Lazada will delete/deactivate products posted or issue Non-Compliance Points or close your shop if there is any reasonable cause to believe that Lazada may be damaged by your violation of the above announcement without prior notice. Lazada reserves the right to recharge to regulatory fine from the payment owed to the respective sellers whose PDPs are in a violation of above announcement or any regulations.
