ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดในสัญญามาร์เก็ตเพลสระหว่างผู้ขายและลาซาด้า ผู้ขายจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายและข้อบังคับอย่างเคร่งครัด หากลาซาด้าพบว่าผู้ขายรายใดละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับใดๆ ลาซาด้าจะทำการปิดการแสดงสินค้า หรือปรับคะแนนข้อกำหนดนโยบายผู้ขาย หรือปิดร้านค้าของท่านหากมีเหตุให้เชื่อได้ว่าลาซาด้าอาจได้รับความเสียหายจากการละเมิดประกาศข้างต้นของผู้ขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ขายทราบล่วงหน้า
ลาซาด้าสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าปรับที่ได้จ่ายให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐจากผู้ขายที่ได้ลงสินค้าอันเป็นการละเมิดต่อประกาศข้างต้นหรือข้อบังคับตามกฎหมายใดๆ

Lazada would like to remind our users that the sale and purchase of currency in forms of coins and banknotes, stocks, bonds, money orders, credit, debit cards, investment interest are not allowed on the platform.
This includes the equipment and materials used to produce such items as well as counterfeit financial instruments. The exception is only for collectible notes or coins not in circulation.

Under the Marketplace Agreement between Lazada and sellers, sellers are required to strictly comply with local laws and regulations.
If Lazada finds that any seller violates the above announcement or other related regulations, Lazada will delete/deactivate products posted or issue Non-Compliance Points or close your shop if there is any reasonable cause to believe that Lazada may be damaged by your violation of the above announcement without prior notice.
Lazada reserves the right to recharge to regulatory fine from the payment owed to the respective sellers whose PDPs are in a violation of the regulation.
