ลาซาด้าขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า ลาซาด้าไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ขายประกาศและลงขายสินค้าที่ผิดกฎหมาย รวมถึงสินค้าที่มีการแสดงภาพเปลือย หรือส่อถึง
กิจกรรมทางเพศใดๆ ซึ่งให้ผู้ใช้งานอาจรู้สึกไม่สบายใจ รวมถึงภาพโป๊ และภาพเปลือยที่มุ่งเน้นเรื่องเพศ การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ทั้งทางตรง และทางอ้อม และกิจกรรมทางเพศอื่น ๆ เช่นการใช้เซ็กส์ทอยส์ การสัมผัสหน้าอก เป็นต้น
ทั้งนี้ ลาซาด้าได้มีการปรับปรุงนโยบายเกี่ยวกับสื่อลากมกอนาจาร ดังต่อไปนี้
ดังนั้น ลาซาด้าขอความร่วมมือให้ผู้ขายทำการตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าร้านค้าไม่ได้ลงจำหน่ายสินค้าตามที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น หรือ แก้ไขรายละเอียดสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของลาซาด้า ภายในวันที่ 4 พฤศจิกายน 2563
มิฉะนั้น อาจส่งผลถึงการปรับคะแนนนโยบายข้อกำหนดผู้ขายสูงสุดถึง 16 คะแนน รวมถึงการล็อคสินค้า ทั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาทใดๆ ลาซาด้าขอสงวนสินรตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายตามดุลยพินิจของตน แต่เพียงผู้เดียว
Lazada would like to inform you that we do not allow sellers to list and/or sell illegal products on Lazada Platform,
including products that violate obscenity guidelines, the display of nudity or sexual activities considering that our users may feel uncomfortable, sexually-oriented images and nudity, sexual intercourse/stimulation (explicit or implied), and other sexual activities such as erections, use of sex toys, touching of female breasts, etc.
Lazada has updated obscenity guidelines as per following;
We would like your cooperation to ensure that all products listed on Lazada Platform follows the guideline or sellers should revise product listing description by November 4th, 2020. Infringement of this policy will result in issuance of up to 16 non-compliance points and the product listing will be locked. In the event of a dispute, Lazada reserves the right to make the final decision in its sole discretion.
