At Lazada, seller and customer satisfaction are our highest priority. Lazada operates on a basis of fairness. Fair- trading is one of our core policies that we expect our users to follow responsibly. Any activities to gain unfair advantage are not tolerated in any circumstances. The attempt to falsely generate traffic, product and seller rating/ review by purchasing of own product or usage of third party for such activity is strictly prohibited. Any sellers detected to be engaging in the act of creating fake orders or fake reviews/ratings are subject to penalties, which includes the de-ranking of traffic, non-compliance points, and in severe cases, account termination.
